We always email you a digital preview of your pieces so you can check the cropping is perfect prior to production & means you can request any changes you’d like!In the extremely rare instances where we can’t get a suitable fit we can always easily swap you over to a more suitable shape, try a different photo or arrange a quick exchange, credit or refund!

Yes! Our experts crop your images & always send you a preview to check via email, so you can check everything looks perfect and make any tweaks or changes you’d like before we produce.

Yes indeed! All photos are suitable to print on wood. We accept all formats and orientations of photos & we are experts at making all types of photos look brilliant - in fact we make over 99% of photos work in the chosen shape and size!
We’ll always let you know if we see any quality issues with your pictures & we always send you a preview of your pieces before printing so you can check everything looks perfect & make any changes.

You can easily upload your photos when you add to cart. This uploader accepts all file types & up to 50mb per image. Or you can easily supply photos after ordering via the link in your order confirmation order email.
Issues uploading? Don’t have your photos right now? Not a worry! You will always be sent a link as soon as you order so you can easily upload when you are ready after purchasing, with no limits on file sizes or types.

Yes! All photoblocks can be easily hung on your wall.
Pieces above A3 size come fitted with professional hanging wire.
Pieces A3 size / 30cm and below can be hung using removable velcro hanging strips (not included). We recommend the 3M Command Strips that you can find at all hardware stores & supermarkets. -
Yes all shapes and sizes up to (and including) A3 include our removeable floating stand that allows pieces to stand solid as a rock on your shelf. Pieces above A3 size are designed to hang on your wall and come fitted with professional hanging wire.
Bamboo blocks & Framed pieces up to A3 will stand on your shelf unassisted. Above A3 are designed to be easily hung on your wall.
