Our prices always include shipping and GST. We can’t imagine that you like nasty surprises and so we make sure that the prices we quote include everything. We ship orders within 10 business days of receiving approval on your artwork and payment. We don’t start printing until you have approved artwork. If you’re in a hurry, let us know and we will try speed up delivery as much as possible. Our shipping prices take into account delivery anywhere in Australia so long as Australia Post can deliver to your address. We are able to organise international shipping but you will need to contact us to discuss your requirements.
We aim for 100% satisfaction 100% of the time.
That’s why even after sending your artwork to us we will ask you to approve a new proof to make sure that nothing gets lost when you transfer the files. After you approve the artwork we can’t take responsibility for mistakes or amendments. We will print what you give us. As with any printing, colours on your screen may look different to how they print. We use advanced colour matching technology to ensure our colour is accurate but since you are printing on a naturally coloured material, don’t expect perfect PMS colour matching. As with any design, if your screen is not calibrated, expect significant variance between what you see on screen and true colour. If you are worried about whether you can achieve a certain colour printed on wood, ask for a sample. We can provide one for a small charge.
Given we are working with a natural product, you can expect that the finished size is within 3mm of the finished size on your order. Since orders will typically involve multiple items (eg. 1000 business cards), you can expect that there will be no more than 1mm difference between each card. Please keep in mind that you are working with a natural product. Slight variance and warping may occur. We accept full responsibility for mistakes we make. We aim to set clear expectations all the time and if we don’t think your design will be effective, we’ll let you know. If you feel that we have made a mistake, please let us know so we can remedy it. If we can’t remedy the mistake, or if you prefer, we will happily oer you a full refund on receipt of the returned goods.

E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from us if your computer supports such capabilities. We will not collect any personal information about you except when you knowingly provide it. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take this seriously. Under no circumstances will your personal information be used for any other purpose than intended.
Security: We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software or other third party payment solutions like paypal.
