Father’s Day FAQ

  • Yes! Our products are always nicely wrapped, protected and presented so they are great to send directly to your loved ones. We never put invoices in you delivery, so it is always fine to send directly as a gift.

  • Absolutely! Simply order without uploading and you will be sent a link to upload when you are ready. This way you can buy at sale prices & supply your photos whenever suits.

  • Absolutely! We offer free engraving on most single photoblocks & one piece per photoblock sets. Please note that due to size limitations we cannot engrave pieces larger than 100cm / 1 meter.

  • Yes unless otherwise stated all orders will arrive in time for fathers day!

  • Absolutely. Our studio & workshop is located in Cheltenham, Vic. Simply select PICKUP at checkout & we will sing out when your order is ready to collect. See Fathers Day Timings to see if pickup is available prior to fathers day.

  • We send previews of all orders prior to production so you can check every little detail & we’ll never start production unless you’re 100% happy everything is perfect!

    In the very unusual situation we can’t make your images work on your chosen pieces, changing sizes, shapes or a quick refund is nota problem.

  • Not a problem! Our team of experts are dedicated to getting you a gorgeous final print! Send your images through to info@printonwood.com.au and someone from the team will take a look and send some recommendations through. We don’t use a preview tool on the website as our team of superstars are total experts at making your images magically fit all sorts of shapes! It’s what we do all day every day!
