Print On Wood Australia is a fast-growing, eco-conscious creative studio that produces beautiful, custom-made products from wood and other premium materials. Everything we create is designed and manufactured onsite in our Cheltenham VIC workshop. Our business spans 3 key areas:

1. E-commerce – Custom printed photos and products on wood
2. Trade Manufacturing – Custom signage, jewellery & products for retail, hospitality, artists, architects and more
3. Weddings & Events – Creative signage & stationery made from PVC, acrylic, mirror and other materials

The Role.

We’re looking for a permanent part-time team member to support us with customer orders, photo retouching, file preparation and general studio workflow. This is a hands-on role working with our production team & clients.
 Key Details;

* Part-time: 3 days per week (approx. 22.5 hours, weekdays)
* Location: Onsite at our Cheltenham VIC studio 
* Hours: Flexible start & finish times
* Additional hours available during busy periods
* All training is provided
* Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities.

* Retouching & cropping photographs and artworks 
* Entering jobs into our production schedule
* Preparing artwork files for production
* Customer service via email with clients regarding their photographs & orders
* Liaising with our production team to manage workflow and deadlines
* Helping ensure orders are correct and on time

We're Looking For Someone Who…

* Is a quick learner 
* Is comfortable with technology, computer systems & email
* Has strong attention to detail, to keep orders correct & organised
* Is a strong written communicator & comfortable communicating with clients via email 
* Enjoys working as part of a small team
* Bonus Points for experience with Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Indesign or an interest in photography, printing or design
