Yes! Our products are always nicely wrapped, protected and presented so there is no problems sending it as a gift directly to your loved ones. We never put invoices in you delivery, so it is always fine to send directly as a gift.

Absolutely! Just click the checkbox ‘i will supply my photos later’ or mention in the order notes at checkout. This way you can buy at sale prices & supply your photos whenever you are ready.

Absolutely! We offer free engravings for single photoblocks & also offer x1 free engraving for photoblock sets. You can add on the free engraving here.

Unfortunately we cannot engrave pieces larger than 100cm.

We have timing guidlines & updates in the first pargraph of this page. That’s where you’ll want to check delivery & timing cut offs. All of our decisions are based of the information AusPost have provided with us & we are confident that all orders placed prior to cutoff will be delivered for the big day. In the unlikely event that there are postal delays outside of our control, we will do our best to work with you to keep you updated on the status of your order.

Absolutely. Our workshop is located in Cheltenham, vic. Simply select PICKUP at checkout & we will sing out when your order is ready to collect.

We send previews of all orders prior to production so you can check every little detail & we’ll never start production unless you’re 100% happy everything is perfect! In the unusual situation we can’t make your images work a full refund is not worry.

Not a problem! Our team of experts are dedicated to getting you a gorgeous final print! Send your images through to info@printonwood.com.au and someone from the team will take a look and send some recommendations through. We don’t use a preview tool on the website as our team of superstars are total experts at making your images magically fit all sorts of shapes! It’s what we do!
