Solving a fragment puzzle is a fun experience & much more challenging than a traditional puzzle. Fragment puzzles also come with a natural wood chipboard base that looks great and makes solving and transporting your puzzle a pleasure.
Our experts crop your photos to suit your chosen shape & provide previews for you to check so we can make any changes you’d like prior to production.

Note! Fragment puzzles have small pieces & are not suitable for small children.

1) Upload. Upload your photos when you add to cart (or we will send a link so you can upload later after ordering).
2) Preview. Our experts will crop your images to best suit your pieces & send you a preview to check via email. You can then reply with any tweaks or changes you’d like. If you have any special cropping instructions, simply let us know in the order notes! We’re real humans & here to help.
3) Approve. Once you are happy everything is perfect, simply approve your previews & we will work our magic & have your pieces to you asap.

Pickup is also available from our workshop in Cheltenham Vic.

In the rare event that we cannot get your photos cropped & looking the way you want prior to production, we will work with you to swap shapes/sizes or can arrange a quick refund.
In the unlikely event that an error occurs in your print or your print becomes damaged in transit, we will ensure a replacement is with you ASAP or arrange return & refund.
